Type F adapters are normally used with Type B couplers, can also be used with Type C and D couplers or DC (Dust Cap) of the same size.

- Polypropylene camlocks are designed to suit hoses and Low-Density Polyethylene pipes.
- They can also be used for agricultural Medium Density pipelines such as irrigation drag hoses and effluent pipelines.
